All our products are covered by two year warranty against any manufacturing issues or defective parts. 

We will also provide assistance and maintenance support after the warranty has expired.

The direct contact with us as manufacturer with no intermediaries as importers or distributors offers a reliable and fast after sales service. 

We reserve the right to void the warranty if the unit has been opened to access the internal circuitry, or if damaged by improper use.


Our products conform to the current European regulations for mains powered electronic devices and comply to the Low Voltage Directive and Rohs regulations.

We are not responsible for any damage to things or people caused by improper use of our products.



We ship using a fully tracked and insured service. Tracking information will be automatically forwarded to the buyer as soon the item has been dispatched.

Products that are in stock on our online shop are usually shipped within three working days after payment has been made. 
For products that are available to order despatch information will be automatically forwarded to the buyer after an order is placed.

We reserve the right to vary the despatch time depending on parts availability and ordering volume. The buyer will be informed in case the despatch date is delayed.

Buyer is responsible for paying any import taxes and customs fees that might be due on delivery. These are beyond our control and have to be checked with the customs office of the destination country.



For warranty repairs the item must be sent back in original packaging using a fully tracked and insured service. 
We will send the repaired unit back or supply with an identical replacement free of charge.

If the order got damaged during transport, the buyer must provide us with pictures clearly showing the damages.
These pictures must be sent to us on the same delivery date as the signature provided to the courier. Pictures sent at a later date will not count as a proof of damage happened during transport and the buyer will be liable for any costs involved with repairing or replacing the item.
